HOW TO COMMUNICATE, BID & BUY

The Orbit “Communicate & bid” is for seller and buyer to share additional information about the piece and possible negotiate the price.

♥ Communicating:
– User logged in with an Orbit account can communicate with each other in the “Communicate & bid” tab.
– Everyone can ask and share all relevant information about the piece in the chat, but it not allowed to exchange personal information as email, name, phone no ect.
– We expect that both our sellers and buyers are polite and show respect for each other

♥ Bidding:
– Negotiation about the price during the communication is of cause allowed. When negotiation has reached a point where seller and buyer agree upon a price, seller replies with “ACCEPT”
– Orbit will “catch” the agreement between seller and buyer.
– Bids lower than 15% reduction of sellers requested price, is considered as not fair and can be ignored by seller
– Bids are binding. Both buyers bid and sellers approval is an agreement and expected to be kept

♥ Buying: 
– When seller and buyer have agreed upon a price, seller notifies Orbit luxury by replying “ACCEPT” in the communication.
– Orbit luxury will sent a discount coupon (voucher) to buyer
– The discount coupon gives buyer agreed discount during checkout. It is valid for 3 days and can only be used for this product.
– Until order is made, the piece is available for all other Orbit luxury users to buy at the listed or their negotiated price.

We do not accept fakes. Every listing is evaluated by us before it goes public. Everything is validated and authenticated by us in real life before it is sent to buyer.
Additional there is a reporting function on all products, so we fast can take action if some suspicious items are listed.

Authentication not compliant – as in fake or major defects.
Order is cancelled and item returned to seller

Verification not compliant – as in minor defects was not shown or described
We contact seller and buyer to see if we can find a solution. It can be lower price for buyer, it can be Orbit luxury care service.

If no solution can be found, the order will be cancelled and buyers payment will be returned.

Yes you can bid on everything on Orbit luxury.
Remember to be fair to the seller. Bids on more than 15% discount of sellers requested price, is considered not fair.

Yes. The conditions are:

Orbit luxury tag must still be on.
The piece must not have been used further & accessories must follow
Orbit luxury shall be contacted within 4 days from receipt at return@orbitluxury.com

We have a very simple and transparent pricing structure and low commission.

Buyer pays 100 dkk for authentication. All other services (excl return) are included.

As soon as you have made the order, we provide seller with the freight label. Seller ships the piece to Orbit luxury. We validate and authenticate within 3 working days and sent it to you. Note that some brands have due to “superfakes” longer authentication period.
The time is depending on where seller and buyer is located. Usually it takes max 10 from you order till you receive the package.
Pieces we have in storage, will be shipped within 24 hours from ordering

If you brought a piece we already had in stock, we can do magic and make a fast delivery, otherwise we will have to ask seller to sent it very fast and Orbit luxury will do what we can to validate and authenticate.

At Orbit marketplace seller lists pieces as any other marketplace and when its sold, seller ships it to Orbit.
Using our concierge service we do it all for you. We fix your bag nicely, photograph, texts and make a great advertise for you. It stays in our stock so we can ship to the buyer within 24 hours.

We do a lot of advertising to show your pieces and attract buyers. We work hard so your listing dont end up at page 324 like many other markets. You dont have to re-list over and over again.

Yes, potential buyers can bid on all pieces in the “COMMUNICATE & BID” tab on the product.

All you have to do is type “ACCEPT” when a buyer give an acceptable bid.

Yes, buyer has return right in 4 days from receiving the item.
The reasons is:
Our statistic states that only 1-2% of sold pieces are return, but more than 70% of the buyers made their order because they had return right.
So providing buyer with the option to return is both good for seller and buyer. It really increase sales!  How do you feel to by online with no return right? nah… !

As soon as we have it back and have checked everything is still okay, we hurry up and re-list it. Meanwhile we contact seller to decide if Orbit luxury shall return it to seller or we shall put it in our stock for fast delivery to another buyer.

Under your profile you can choose how you wish your pay-out. Choices are Paypal, Bank account or mobilepay (Danish sellers only)

As soon as buyers return period is over, Orbit makes your pay-out using your chosen pay-out method. It is expected to be within 20 days from order.
Pay-out method is chosen under  “Account info” in your DASHBOARD .
